حذف حساباتهم وحذف بياناتهم المرتبطة بها.
١) الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الطريقة الأسرع)
افتح تطبيق «تشاليح تبوك - تشليح سيارات» وسجّل الدخول.
افتح تبويب حسابي.
في أسفل الصفحة اختر حذف الحساب نهائيًا.
أكّد العملية. يُحذف الحساب فورًا ويتم تسجيل خروجك مباشرةً.
٢) طلب الحذف بالبريد (إن تعذّر الوصول إلى التطبيق)
أرسل بريدًا إلى
bandar@tshleh-tabuk.com
بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر رقم الجوال المسجّل في حسابك للتحقق من هويتك.
ننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة لا تتجاوز ٣٠ يومًا من التحقق، ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بعد التنفيذ.
٣) ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به

إمكانية الدخول إلى الحساب (تُوقف نهائيًا).
الاسم ورقم الجوال.
الموقع والعنوان.
المعلومات البنكية (إن وُجدت).
الصور التي رفعتها.
رموز الإشعارات (push tokens).
سجلات المعاملات السابقة (الطلبات والعروض والتوصيل) بعد فصلها عن هويتك — أي بصيغة لا يمكن ربطها بك.
الغرض: الالتزامات المحاسبية والنظامية ومنع الاحتيال، وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
ملاحظة: حذف الحساب إجراء نهائي لا يمكن التراجع عنه. لن تتمكّن من استرجاع طلباتك أو عروضك أو رصيد محفظتك بعد الحذف.

It explains how users of that app can request deletion of their account and associated data.
1) Delete from inside the app (fastest)
Open the Tshaleh Tabuk app and sign in.
Go to the حسابي (Account) tab.
At the bottom of the page, tap حذف الحساب نهائيًا (Delete account permanently).
Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2) Request deletion by email (if you cannot access the app)
Email bandar@tshleh-tabuk.com
with the subject “Account deletion request” and include the mobile number registered on your account
so we can verify your identity. Requests are completed within 30 days of verification, and we send a
confirmation once done.
3) What is deleted and what is retained
Deleted permanently
Retained
Account access (permanently disabled).
Name and mobile number.
Location and address.
Bank details, if any.
Photos you uploaded.
Push notification tokens.
Past transaction records (orders, offers, deliveries) de-linked from your identity, so they can no longer be associated with you.
Purpose: accounting, legal and anti-fraud obligations under applicable Saudi regulations.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
